At Soft Essentials, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Fee

• A standard shipping fee of R99 (excluding VAT) applies per order.

Delivery Days

• Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday).
• Public holidays are excluded from our delivery schedule.
•  Please keep this in mind if your order is placed during the weekend.

Delivery Times

• Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days for most areas.
• For outlying areas, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Order Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order is picked up, you will receive a SMS or email including order details with an OTP (One-Time Pin) to confirm your shipment.
• You can track your order in real-time using the link provided in the notification.
