Shipping Policy

Your orders are in good hands! We’ve partnered with The Courier Guy to ensure fast and reliable delivery straight to your door. Below are the details of our shipping process:
Shipping Fee
·       A standard shipping fee of R90 (excluding VAT) applies per order. Nationwide delivery. 
Delivery Days
·       Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday).
·       Public holidays are excluded from our delivery schedule.
·       Please keep this in mind if your order is placed during the weekend.
Delivery Times
·       Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days for most areas.
·       For outlying areas, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Order Tracking & Notifications
·       Once your order is picked up, you will receive a SMS or email including order details with an OTP (One-Time Pin) to confirm your shipment.
·       You can track your order in real-time using the link provided in the notification.

Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your clothing items, we're happy to assist with returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below:
Returns
·       Eligibility: Returns are accepted for clothing only, within 7 days from the day of delivery.
·       Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase must be included to qualify for return or exchange.
Process:
1.     Complete the return & exchange form here.
2.     Once we’ve received and assessed the returned item’s condition, you’ll be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exclusions:
·       Jewellery is non-refundable for hygiene reasons. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
·       We do not accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable for:
·       The exact same product in a different size or color.
·       An item of the same rand value.
Shipping Fees for Returns
·       All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Soft Essentials will not be responsible or refund this fee.
Damaged Goods
·       In the rare event that your item (clothing or jewellery) is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss the matter further.
Proof of Purchase
·       When returning an item, please include your receipt or another form of proof of purchase.
·       Without proof of purchase, we cannot process any refund or exchange.
Return Form
·       To initiate a return, you must fill out our Return & Exchange Form here in order for me to process return or exchange.
·       This is a required step in the returns process.
