1. How much is the shipping fee?
· Our shipping fee is R90 (excluding VAT).
2. How long does delivery take?
· Standard delivery: 2-5 business days.
· Outlying areas: Up to 7 business days.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
· Returns are accepted for clothing only within 7 days of delivery if the item is in its original packaging and condition.
· Exchanges are available for the same product (different size or colour) or an item of equal rand value.
4. Can I return jewellery?
· For hygiene reasons, jewellery is non-refundable. However, if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
5. Who covers the return shipping cost?
· Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
6. Do you have a physical store or are you online only?
· Online only.
7. How do I track my order?
· Once your order is picked up, you’ll receive a SMS or email along with a tracking link.
8. What do I need to include with a return?
· Please make sure you complete the online Returns & Exchange Form (linked in Shipping & Return Policy page).
· Also, include your receipt or proof of purchase with the parcel. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
9. How do I find the right size for me?
· Each clothing item has a size chart indicating the relevant sizing per clothing item. Additionally, measurement instructions are provided - visit the “Measurements” page to view detailed guidelines on how to measure yourself accurately in order to use each size guide correctly.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
· Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) & EFT
