Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your clothing items, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for clothing only, within 7 days from the day of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase must be included to qualify for return or exchange.
  • Process:
    1. Complete the return form here.
    2. Once we’ve received and assessed the returned item’s condition, you’ll be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Exclusions:
    • Jewellery is non-refundable for hygiene reasons. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
    • We do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only applicable for:
    • The exact same product in a different size or color.
    • An item of the same rand value.

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Soft Essentials will not be responsible or refund this fee.

Damaged Goods

  • In the rare event that your item (clothing or jewellery) is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss the matter further.

Proof of Purchase

  • When returning an item, please include your receipt or another form of proof of purchase.
  • Without proof of purchase, we cannot process any refund or exchange.
